An hour session with various elements of yoga techniques such as Mantra (Sound Vibrations), Asana (Physical postures), Pranayama (Breath exercises) and Dhyana (Meditation).
We work on releasing the physical tension from the body to bring the body into a natural healthy state and bring peace/stillness in the mind for mental wellbeing.
